By accessing or using the ITWC IRB System, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the system.

The ITWC IRB System is provided for:

• Submitting and managing research protocols for IRB review
• Facilitating communication between researchers, clinics, and IRB members
• Maintaining regulatory compliance documentation
• Managing clinical research site operations

You agree to use the system only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

As a user of the system, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensuring the accuracy of information submitted to the system
• Complying with your organization's research policies
• Reporting any security incidents or unauthorized access
• Adhering to HIPAA and other applicable privacy regulations

The ITWC IRB System and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sova Healthcare Innovation Systems, Inc. Research data submitted by users remains the intellectual property of the submitting organization.

The system is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Sova Healthcare Innovation Systems, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the system.
